Wii Release date code

An article sent to IGN by Nintendo, it is said to have the release date hidden in it. So, in case anyone wants to look it over, there's the link. IGN came up with October 2nd....

Interesting. I was talking with my friend about it, and we think we solved it. Notice how they used the wrong version of the word pore. Maybe they meant pour? Look at the end of the opening paragraph. "One of the two." Hint maybe? We deciphered it over the A=1 B=2 thingy. With "pore" it adds up to 54. We guessed that it might be 54 days after the press release. That only goes up to Sunday September 17th. But that's too early, considering it's before TGS (September 22,23,24.) Then we tried the other version, "pour" and it totaled up to 70 days. 70 days after the press release is Tuesday October 3rd.

Might be a little extensive, but it's something.


EDIT: I read a post on the Wii forums on IGN. Turns out SpartanOLP has the exact same outcome as me. Whoa. That's kinda cool I guess.

I don't know...I bet you it has to be a date for something else. I mean another date about the PS3 being sent to the warehouses was leaked and I guess this is the date for the Wii shipping too.
