Worse? It’s pretty much mid 9’s across the board. Even GameSpot gave it a 9.6! Seems like the critics liked it for the most part. I must admit, the Film Record feature and the Forge Feature are good ideas. I actually wouldn’t mind recording some fancy Metal Gear gameplay that way.

If I ever buy a X-Box 360, I'll buy it without a doubt. But, since I don't have any money, I'm not sure that day will come anytime soon...

Having been a fan of the first one and played the second, I must admit was curious. Luckily I can see a lot of it online. I’ve seen now just about every cutscene from the game, including the ending. On top of that, Gamespot had 1 hour of gameplay footage from the start of the campaign. Same thing as Halo 2 from what I’m seeing. They really dropped the ball on the cuscenes as the death scenes are VERY poorly done and are not fitting the “legendary” status. It’s like having Otacon die by tripping over the MKII and cracking his head open! The gameplay... meh... I really don’t see the difference between H3 and H2. I really don’t.

Hearing its not meeting the hype's expectations.
... Which it baffles to me, because wasn't it obvious it wasn't going to since... oh, I dunno, the day they launched Halo 2???
Sarcasm aside, I'm hearing its a damn good game, but that's it. there's nothing THAT great about it.
