When the game came out we were all racking our brains on how to do this, and some still are, so here is the solution. You must just have the following end statistics. Play Time under 5 hours 25 saves or less. No Continues No Alerts No Humans Killed 20 Serious Injuries or less No use of special items (Note: The Spirit Camo does not count) No use of Life Medicine. It can be helpful to run through the game once to get the Spirit Camo, because then it will be MUCH easier to sneak up on guards, since you won't make any noise when you walk. Still having trouble? Spirit camo, that's from the Sorrow, right? I never knew what it did, exactly. Isn't there a way to get the stealth by shooting the Kerotans? That's what I'm waiting to hear about.

Yeah, you gotta shoot every Kerotan frog in the game to get stealth.
I got my Infinity Face Paint by catching the Tsutchinoko-snake and keeping it till the end.

i just recently found out, and done myself, just have 0 alerts and your awarded stealth camo, just the trick part is sneaking out of groznyj grad = /

Use CQC and you will regain stamina, plus it muffles your footsteps so guards won't hear you. And about sneaking out of Groznyj Grad undetected, well, after you've done that about 20 times it gets easy. ;D |

Keep in mind though, this strategy is meant to give them both to you AT THE SAME TIME. I find it to be the most difficult, and hence, most rewarding way.
