Skip The End

In the cut scene when you see The End in a wheelchair, quickly get your gun out (use the sniper rifle if you have it) and shoot his head before he gets back inside the building.

When you arrive to "Sokrovenno" you won't be confronted by The End, instead you'll be confronted by Ocelot Soldiers. Each area, (I.E. North, West, South) will consist of several soldiers and one sniper. Just make your way north towards Krasnogorje Tunnel.

No, it works. You have to be quick though. Make sure that the Sniper rifle is our of your backpack before the scene. As soon as it ends, equip and just rapid fire into the old man. Beware though, you WILL get hit with the exploding wheelchair!

To be honest, I really don't think that it matters. The game actually stops when you enter the survival viewer. I think maybe you weren't aiming in the right place. He is hard to see since there is a guard infront of him pushing his chair. Not to mention you only a got a few seconds to get the job done.

The first time I did it, I burst out laughing. I mean, you're aiming carefully to hit his head and bam! He blows out all of the sudden.

I've only done this once, and won't be doing it too many more times. I hated looking out for the Ocelot unit all throughout the area where you normally fight The End. Maybe it won't be so bad in the Subsistence mode, though.

As soon as he explodes, change position quickly and you won't get hit.

And aim for his head, that way only two shots are required I think. I hate the darn guard on the thingamajig out in the water. I always have to shoot him first, then take care of The End. And the thing is, the death animation for the guard takes too long, so I have to shoot blindly at The End.

<sup>the first time i played snake eater and faced the end i got confussed at that battle because i wasnt aware where the sniper rifel was so i was shooting blind after him with a ak.
