I forget the name of the mountain, but there is a way to make sure there won't be any helicopters chasing you. On the map just before the fight with Ocelot (I'm terrible with names), there will be a parked helicopter. Get some TNT, plant it on the helicopter and watch the fireworks. Then rejoice when you don't have to hide from the same chopper on your way to meeting with EVA.

hmm... I always destroy that chopper, but still theres a chopper flying across the map in the mountains. or would there be yet another chopper if i dont destroy the chopper with the tnt ?

I think there is always one flying at the very highest part of the Krasnogorje mountains no matter what. There's always one flying around the area where you meet Eva. I'm playing it right now, that's how I know ;D
