Conveyer Belt Guide: Go to Flr 2 and use Y box to get on the converyor. (Trip 1) Follow it to get the R box. (Trip 2) Using the Y and R boxes go to the upper right part of the room. Get card 3 in the gas room. (Trip 3) Using the Y and R boxes go to the lower right part of the room and use the card. Get box B. (Trip 4) Use the Y and B boxes to get to the upper middle part of the room. Go though to the right and exit on the conveyor. Follow it using the B and R boxes to keep going right. This will drop you into the room to get Thermal Goggles. (Trip 5) Same as Trip 4, but do not exit that room onto the second conveyor. Instead, go though the east door where lighs are off. Follow the path and find Harks. After talking with him, get C4 that's nearby and repeat Trip 4. When you are back in the room where you got the Thermal Goggles, blow the west wall to get to Harks.
