Well, let's look at our options: 1. MGS4 Expansion - In what way? More reduntand VR Missions? New Online crap? And I do mean CRAP! Or will they actually shell out the money and give us new content for the game? Playable Meryl or Raiden scenarios come to mind. You know, things that are actually worth buying! 2. New Game... well, I doubt it would be a new conseole game. I think it's a bit early. But a half-assed PSP title can be thrown together! Yep! That's what I'm leaning towards the most here. Another cheap PSP game about Big Boss or perhaps Raiden. More crap to "help explain MGS4 better".  Either way I am dreading the announcement. I can't see them delivering anything of value, not in the least.  |

Eeek. It sounds like a expansion.
But it IS puzzling... I mean, what the heck could they expand anyway?
Also, for the sh*t and giggles, I'll also say that DREADFUL possibility: an X-Box 360 port, LOL

Hmm... a 360 port... it just won't be the same. They'll have to remove the PS3 controller and the disk swap call since you'll need a disk swap for 360. The game just won't be the same.  |

Well, after reading the article, you must take something into account: The trademarked title is "Metal Gear Solid Existence", NOT "Metal Gear Solid 4: Existence". All of the other "upgraded" games have always carry their number around with them.
In conclusion, by the trademarked title alone (and I'm not overreacting), this points out more to a MGS remake than a MGS4 upgrade.
