Ironic that we used to have the Batman vs Snake debate and now it may very well be that the two will have an actor in common. Very interesting. Bale is an OK choice, IMO, but not my first choice. Still, he got the star power to sell the movie.

Oh, and 2009 release?! I highly doubt that!

Hmm, somehow I overlooked this topic. Remember about a year ago or something, I made a post about something similar? In an interview from about 3 or 4 years ago, Bale said he's the most likely candidate being considered to play a video game character, "possibly the only guy who wouldn't get his ass kicked for having a mullet."
