Actually those are just re-releases. I got both of those back in like 2005.
However, there will be Series 2 of the Ultra Detailed Figures and Series 2 of the Kubricks. I'll be getting those sometime this Fall. Pics are in the 2009 Figure thread in the other board.

I've actually been very annoyed with them. They are releasing another one of those this Fall with the Cold War Cammo. So stupid! Same figure of Big Boss over and over! I'm so sick of it. I'm actually not getting it.
I will get those two sets though. The Boss figure is long overdue!
