Pushups

So it's been a while since we've finished P90X, and since then we kinda implemented parts of it in our workout routines. One of the more notable ones is the pushup routine I put together. 12 different exercises, max reps each. Last week we kinda hit a personal best. I hit 300 and my girlfriend did 220!!! This is the same woman that couldn't do ONE a couple of years ago! She's really progressed!

We had a nice afternoon at the pool yesterday so I took a snapshot of her "guns"!



In addition to all this, she's been learning some wrestling and mma grappling moves. Seems like she's getting interested in it. One thing I can tell you though, her headlocks are beyond painful! Seriously, bone-cracking power! The woman got tough! lol

By her reported mastery of CQC, (see: 'bone crushing headlocks, spine mutilating leglocks, punching power, etc) I'd say she's The Boss in that relationship. Muahahah!

Well, she's not Russian. LOL Though the wrestling thing is pretty spot on! That's why I'm just not a big fan of skinny girls. I'm afraid I'll break them! ;D
