Wow... I mean... WTF! Why? Why would they include that? X-ray a comic drawing?! I mean... a nicely made 3D character model... OK, I can understand that. But a drawing? Pointless!

There is something wrong with Japanese culture. They love to fetishize everything to do with women. It's creepy.

A lot of people are saying that about Japan lately here in the U.S. yet they never stop and look at their own culture(which is looking to be the most messed up culture in the world in my opinion) where it's okay for kids to watch over a hundred people get killed in just one scene in a pg-13 James Bond film but a movie shows ONE breast (in a neutral context mind you) and it's immediately given an R-rating.

Well, I both agree and disagree with you.
On the one hand, the US fascination with violence is a horrible thing. Kids playing mindless games like GTA is just wrong! I also agree that the nudity censorship makes little sense. There doesn't seem to be any rules about selling young girls outfits that are exceedingly revealing, and yet media senshorship is downright crazy with it. LOL Why the human form is shunned makes no sense when so many product advertisements are sold based on sexual-based ads.
However, Japan does go too far in many respects. A lot of the nudity is centered around underaged women. That's why it won't work in US. You can't have sexual themes centered around 14 year old girls! But in Japan, it seems to be OK. So, in that respect I will say that they over do it.
