MGS4 obviously. But that's unfair, since it's the best game regardless of console or generation.
So as an alternate and less obvious answer, I'd go with Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Yeah, the list should probably not include MGS4 for obvious reasons. For my second choice, out of the games listed i'd go with Uncharted 2, though my 2nd favourite game on PS3 is Devil May Cry 4 (not an exclusive). Damn, i put almost 200 hours into that game  |
