The Metal Gear Solid series is known for its cool narrative and LOOOONG cutscenes (not that I have a problem with them, mind you). Seems like Peace Walker will also contain a big chunk. The total length for linear stuff like cutscenes (and that's only the LINEAR stuff!) is 162 minutes and 34 seconds according to the British Board of Film Classification. Holy crap. That's quite long for a PSP game! In comparison, MGS3 had 216 minutes and 34 seconds while MGS4 had some effing 545 minutes and 47 seconds . Well, I'm glad they are finally taking it seriously. The PSP is the only PlayStation that hasn't got a quality MGS game on it. Acids were a failure conceptually and MPO was half-assed. Maybe now the PSP can FINALLY have a Metal Gear title worth bragging about.

MGS3 actually has over 330 minutes of cutscenes. Around 200 minutes is the heavily edited Existence 'movie'. Anyway, great news, i luv cutscenes (too bad they will mostly be graphic novel style and not in-engine goodness).
