Lol, classy Hayter being classy. Awesome.
I think, if taken serious (the question, that is), the main thing would be: who's equipped with what? Let's not forget that Snake, in several games, is dubbed one of the best, if not THE best, on-site procurer in existence, while most of the time Batman is already equipped (thanks to the physics-law braking utility belt) with all the necessary gadgets.
Plus, let's not forget that if the fight did happen AND it is implied that both are from the same "universe" (wow... now that's geeky), it would all depend on if Batman actually knows CQC. Although it is heavily implied trough the comics that Bruce Wayne practiced ALL MARTIAL ARTS IN EXISTENCE (ergo, CQC itself would count too), so... who knows, really?
It all depends on the writer of the crossover, I think, xD
