First of all I'm shocked to hear that you think adding info on games like Acid and Snake's Revenge would draw traffic. Snake's Revenge is the bastard child of the series. And honestly, I felt Acid was a massive mistake to begin with. Not to mention both games are hardly news at this point.
Regardless, as I mentioned, I really don't have the space on the site to do that. Nor do I have any interest in expanding the site any further. But, all those games are in fact mentioned briefly in the History section of the site. They get a few images each and a brief outline.
I honestly don't think that doing anything to the main site would have an impact on the boards. MGN ran for years with no content, but the forum was descent enough for a while. No. What's needed is someone who is still passionate about the series to run this forum and bring in new blood. If someone wants to, I'm open to give them a chance.

I absolutely love it when people can quote Metal Gear to make a point! Jackyl does it all the time. ;D So cool!

That doesn't mean there aren't people who like those games.

That doesn't mean there aren't people who like those games. Which are probably 0.000000001% of the people who will give a f...ck if A.G. makes separate sections for those games.

Well, the fact of the matter is that regardless of my feelings towards these games or anyone else's, I really don't have the space on MGF to do it. Even if I had the desire to.
In fact, what I would suggest is an idea I originally came up with many years ago. Multiple sites linked to a common forum. MGF already has solid amount of coverage of the six main games and Ghost Babel. I see no reason why someone can't create an Acid-specific site. Or something in-depth about Snake's Revenge, MPO, or Peace Walker.
In doing so you will have a cluster of sites that unite on a community without competeting with each other and dividing the audience. At the same time it would allow each person to express themselves in a tribute to the specific aspects of the series the care about.

Well, I've always said that building a fansite is a thankless job. It's not your product. It's only your tribute to that product. Now, I don't regret MGF. The main 6 games, as I call them, had a very profound impact on my life. In many aspects. So to me building the site did have a special meaning. It may not be so for everyone.
