10 YEARS!!! Today Metal Gear FOREVER celebrates its 10th anniversary. I was introduced to Metal Gear Solid in June of 1999. In May of 2000 I saw the debut trailer of MGS2 at E3 and knew I was going to be hooked on the whole series. March 5th, 2001 MGF first went online with a simple mission to create a tribute to the greatest series in video games. Today I want to thank everyone who has been a part of this site over the last decade.

LOL! Yeah, the forums are dead. Honestly, between my new house and my new job I really don't have any time to spend on this. Plus not caring about future Metal Gear games doesn't help. Anyway, how have you been? |

Oh yea I myself got an email from the boards regarding this hit 10 years...  So what's it like? You going to shoot some scripts and make an original metal gear movie? One of those with full action fighting and a car chase or two?  |

Actually, I'm retiring. lol I'm turning 30 this year. I have a career in Marketing. A house. A family. I really don't have the time or interest to spend on a fansite. Especially for a game series who's future doesn't interest me.  |

This sux to know that you're such an avid gamer.  Dude, when there's a future ahead of you, I suggest you follow it, not try some different career path that could be disastrous. Not insulting you, just want to give my opinion. ;D |

What are you talking about? What path? Things like a career, a good home, and a loving family are the ultimate path. Not being video gamer. lol That's what you usually do when you don't have those things. I know... I remember.
