It is thusly gossiped around that today is the anniversary of the attack on the forum by the behated "douchbaggery".

As I heard in a rumour one of my friends spread around, well...haha, I forgot what he said.

Now is the time for us to pop champagne bottles and break out the firecrackers.

So what the hell shall we do to commemorate this 'mgman' ?

I say we make mgman aka douchebaggery's birthday into douchemanorial day (pun on mgman, douche and memorial).

But yeah, so glad that the insolent infant got banned forever, this site is really becoming its normal peace self. Like how they say, gone back to its amateurish state. (he's really asking to be perma banned, yeah i read up on that thread, he's such an immature child)

EDIT: This is a little late but I'm putting in a request to be a staff member. I specifically remember Ass Gear asking around on who'd like to help him, I do. For one, I believe douchebaggery is lamer than a race horse with four broken legs.

Fine, since you're all wondering what I mean, I shall explain myself.

Firstly, to AG: I mean arsenal gear. But sometimes you need to read in between the lines. Does that really mean to offend you? I don't think so, but yeah, I listed this wrongly.

Second, to Mad Jackyl: It's hard to interpret what I say sometimes, yea, haha! I have a kind of retarded sense of humour (some may say a crude sense of humour) but the main reason I'd like to be a staff member is to help out more. Like in the other thread AG said that he's quitting MGF. That in mind, my suggestion here is to let myself help out with the other problem members.

Fine then let me just share my experiences.

This is a little off topic but I would like to state it all the same. After re - reading the threads that mgman has been causing trouble in, I do not believe that his offenses warrant a perma - ban. I do realise he has made problems for the admins. But isn't this a little too much, seeing that you're going over the border? I agree he is rather extreme, and I am no veteran here. But I have been to enough internet forums to read in between the lines and analyse posts that members make in a different way. I'm not bragging about knowing everything, but it seems to me that people have various thoughts on their mind when they respond to a thread. A certain post can mean anything, whatever you take it to mean.

Let me further this explanation. See for example, Mad Jackyl thinks that mg man is generally being douchebaggery in his posts. But I do not! His replies would fail to serve as elitism or a condescending attitude in my opinion. Why I say this is because the posts he has made is NOTHING compared to what other members have done. Seriously, has he posted links to violent websites, viruses, porn, Trojan Horses or similar sh*t that ProBoards specifically says they abhor? I saw nothing of that sort in his posts because HE JUST WANTS TO MAKE HIMSELF HEARD. By his simple - mindedness, by his actions, by the way he thinks, while I do not fully agree with Econ's view that he has Asperger's, I believe he has a mental disorder of some sort. Those of you who feel insulted by him need to understand two things.

First: He is a child
Second: This is the internet, there are bound to be things that you feel will insult you.

If you can't understand anything I said I really can't feel pity or sympathy for you. It's like saying that somebody took a leak in the bathroom when a place of that sort is actually for somebody to take a leak in. Now I know, some admins will be going ,'But Cerberus, mgman damaged the forum!' No! He NEVER damaged the place and all he wants to do is to get attention. This is all but I have never been more disappointed with this forum than I have ever been.

I'm not certain why you're insistent on sticking up for an issue so far in the past that no one around here anyone here scarcely remembers it, or mgman. You highlighted the biggest issue when you mentioned that he was just a kid. MGF allows kids, I should say cautiously, but I don't feel the need to put up with any immaturity that comes with the territory. MGF doesn't follow Proboards own guidelines, the things you listed are not mutually exclusive and the moderators and admin here operate seperately from those criteria. Proboards lists those to cover itself from a legal standpoint. We don't deal with matters of legality, merely the kind of culture and atmosphere we wish to cultivate for ourselves. We determine what is a bannable offense according to our own creed apart from what Proboards legally allows. That's the beauty of running your own board based on pre-existing software.

Okay, this is just a weird way to start a topic. Just who the hell is gossiping about mgman? I think now you may be making a joke, but I guess I don't get why this is a relevant topic for a joke. It's obscure and most of what you wrote afterwards has a hint of someone who's looking to start a flame war. Am I just off-base here?

Oh I have no interest in picking a fight. I flat out don't get his point in this thread. Why does he care about mgman? Why does he care about what a dead forum did a long time ago? And why does he insult and defend mgman in the same thread?

There is little logic in his posts.
