It's a bit older now, but I only saw your post today.
It actually breaks my heart. I thought it was one of the best gaming sites out there. The had great reviews, very fair, well written, well edited and an iconic narrator.
On top of that, there Retrospectives were what sold me to them. They did those much better than any other site out there. Highly informative, detailed and entertaining, but not too long.
