10. Snake And Otacon Handshake (MGS2) - a short and simple moment that captures their friendship perfectly.

09. Snake Had A Hard Life (MGS4) - we see Snake pull the trigger and then Otacon holds back tears talking to Sunny. f...ck!

08. Sidecar Escape (MGS3) - from start to the ending crash, the chemistry between Snake and Eva is off the charts!

07. Gray Fox Death (MG2) - it’s amazing how much emotional weight this 2D moment delivered. “Don’t let your fans down.”

06. MGS1 Opening Infiltration - from the submarine to the dock and then the heliport! This is truly when movies and games came together.

05. MGS2 Opening - talk about capturing the perfect tone and mood! To this day when I drive in the rain I have to put on the music from this scene.

04. Snake vs Liquid (MGS4) - how do you sum up an entire series in one boss fight? Like this!

03. Sniper Wolf’s Death (MGS1) - in an era of “games” this scene showed what you can do if you take this art form seriously.

02. MGS3 Ending - from the scene with the President to the tearful salute at the grave, this gets you every time.

01. Rex vs Ray (MGS4) - my two favorite mecha piloted by my two favorite characters in my favorite setting!

MGS3 fight with the Boss - no time limit given on-screen, only your enemy warning you of the time left, and you also know how much time you have cuz the main theme will play. Oh and 'Finish your mission! FACE ME!!"

MGS3 CQC moments. At first you get your ass KICKED literally by the Boss but later, haha. Things change when Ocelot comes on board the jet too! And the Boss floors THREE men who should have gutted her ass!

MGS2 Snake and Raiden vs Tengus. And the whole S3 exposition from Solidus. Plus, the whole ending with Solidus, Fortune, Ocelot, man, those times.

MGS4 Snake and Johnny: I'm no recruit! Ya gotta love HOW he CQC'd the guy. "'HOW did a 'veteran' like you survive 10 years?!" And the part where he totally KICKS THE COLLECTIVE ASS of the militia in the cathedral with Eva.

PW I know this should not be there but let's be fair. The horse pursuing Peace Walker, and the whole thing with the Boss as the AI. Yea you hate it I know, but come on. It's kinda what I like. lmfao

I liked the horse part, actually. But riding it uphill when it was that steep ruined the moment. Murdered an animal just for another forced connection with The Boss. But the gameplay chase was very clever.
