If Naked Snake fought MGS 1 Solid Snake, assuming the MGS 4 difficulty settings don't mean anything, then it's a question of setting & equipment. Naked Snake/Big Boss never starts with a sneaking suit. But if Solid Snake is wearing the MGS 1 sneaking suit, his CQC will be hindered since it's harder for him to move.
