DC Animated Universe - best viewing order

So, since I've heard, that A.G. also is a fan of the DCAU, I have a question. If one were to watch it all, what is your preferred order?

Release order was (roughly)

1992-1995
Batman: The Animated Series (+ Batman: Mask of the Phantasm movie)

1996-2000
Superman: The Animated Series
The New Batman Adventures
(also Batman & Mr. Freeze: Sub Zero movie, though this was set before TNBA)

1999-2001
Batman Beyond & Return of the Joker movie (set in the future)

2002-2006
Justice League & Justice League Unlimited (set before BB, but after Superman and TNBA)
(also Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman movie, set during/ after TNBA)

chronological order would be (roughly):

Batman: The Animated Series & Mask of the Phantasm & Sub Zero movies

Superman: The Animated Series & The New Batman Adventures & Mystery of the Batwoman movie

Justice League + Justice League Unlimited

Batman Beyond & Return of the Joker movie
"Epilogue" (Justice League Unlimited episode)

I left out Static Shock and The Zeta Project, since, frankly, I've never seen them and always felt they were more expanded universe. 
Am I wrong? Are they any good?

How do you watch the DCAU and how would you watch it in a marathon?

Can’t say I’ve ever marathoned all of them! lol it’s a lot.

I would lean towards the release order. Justice League Unlimited has to be the last to watch as it shows Batman Beyond a few times. The time change episodes?! Man! Old Bruce face to face with Batman! Gold!
