Nah, not Naughty Dog. They usually leave well enough alone and focus on new IPs. Jak & Dexter was done apart from a couple spin-offs by other studios. I think if we get a new Uncharted it will be with a new protagonist and they were test-driving the idea with Lost Legacy. Apart from Chloe, I could also see an Uncharted game with Sam and Sully (kind of like a buddy cop movie) or more likely Elena and Nate's daughter all grown up. Maybe with less of a focus on shooting and more true puzzle and climbing and exploration challenges. The Last of Us will probably get a third game eventually. I think this is actually more likely than a new Uncharted game. Trilogies just look good.
Personally, I'd really like to see them either a brand new IP which would be different from Uncharted and Last of Us, or finally do their Jak 4 game they'd talked about every now and then. Keep things fresh.
