Time Paradox Crossovers made in (Outer) Heaven

So, which Metal Gear characters from different time periods should meet and why would it be interesting?

This idea came to me in another thread. And I decided to make a new one just for the fun of it.

So, the most obvious one would be Naked Snake (pre-1964) meets Solid Snake (pre-2005). Since they are genetically the same person (kind of), roughly the same age but also at very different points at their lives, this could be interesting. Naked Snake is still very idealistic I think, vstrongly believing in his country and not having lived through any of the betrayals. Solid Snake on the other hand has lost all faith in everything and has become a recluse, plus, he knows who Big Boss will become and probably also that he is his father and that he killed him. So, how would Naked Snake react to this information, knowing that he will become the very thing he used to fight against? 

Another match-up could be Otacon from 2014 (post MGS4) and his mother Dr. Strangelove both pre- or post-1974. Both very dedicated scientists for different reasons.

Is this a VS type of meeting or just a general meeting?

Because I would LOVE to see a scene where Granin puts Otacon no his place about “creating” Rex. 😁

VS scenario... hmmm... a lot to chose from. But The End vs Sniper Wolf would be dope. I also always wanted to see Vamp vs Raven. Ain’t gonna heal from that gun!

I didn't think it had to be VS, but could certainly be included. Interesting choices^^

I think Sniper Wolf might be wasted by The End. However, The End vs Quiet would be interesting as they both have supernatural powers that aren't that dissimilar.

Tertia Rebenok vs. Screaming Mantis? Volgin vs. Solidus. Or simply two different versions of the same character: Volgin vs. Man on Fire, Naked Snake (1964) vs. Big Boss (1995) vs. "enlightened" Big Boss (2014).

Probably the most interesting matchup would be Venom Snake x The Boss. Both played a similar sacrificial role, but for different reasons (brainwashing vs. conviction).

Oh yeah... you mean the guy who’s story nullified the entire concept of gene therapy strengthening. I mean... who needs that when you can just can get some bedtime massages and missions on tape in your sleep to rival Big Boss... 😂😂😂

No, he already was a great soldier and highly skilled. After all, he was their "best man". That's why he was chosen in the first place.

Also, in a universe were they retconned the technology levels, can't you live with a single soldier who is suddenly there?

It’s too many issues all in one package. He negated how special Big Boss was and contradicted the cloning process. It makes things FAR less special when they suddenly achieve these results so easily.
