Don't worry, I'm scarred of the dark... ;D ;D ;D ;D By the way, I saw a trailer to a movie with Jet Li in which he did one hand push-ups on three fingers! That's sick. I tried that and I have only one thing to say; never again!

Bruce Lee did pushups on 1!!! Check YouTube, you'll see it.
The thing to remember is that neither one of them are really that big.

LOL! Yeah, then you wake up! I haven't seen you in some time, how tall are you and what do you weight these days? I've actually grown, both muscles, height, and weight. I'm 5'10, somewhere around 150 pounds. And I can pump up to 100 on a good day. Guys at my school are ripped though. They can do 150. Only one rep though, the coach only lets us max out when we do a tourney to see who can lift the most in one rep.

I'm 13 dude, I'm in 8th grade, but I have enough facial hair and face expressions to look like a Junior.

8th grade and 5'10 and 150 lb... Big kid. I know I wasn't that big in 8th grade. Then again I didn't really grow until Juniour year in high school. Just...uh... make sure you don't go the same direction your dad (and mine for that matter) did in terms of physical fitness.

Yeah....Even my dad told me, "for your benefit and mine, start working out okay? I don't want you looking like me when your 30 years old." So I did. Actually my old man lost some pounds too. He's on a strict no carbs diet, and it works for him.

Older than me. Let's put it this way, I can appreciate the Snake/The Boss setting of MGS3 more than most people. 70 lb = 31.8 kg 40 lb = 18.1 kg She is 5'5 (1. 64m) and 128 lb (58 kg). She was 122 lb for a while, but her muscle mass inreased so the weight went up. She doesn't like that, but can't complain about the toned body.

285 bench, not too bad at all! Having sports in your life, especially something like football, definetly helps. How big are you? Though I'm curious. Your profile says that you are 20 years old. Did you get held back?
