My point exactly. Steroids in the food. That's why this generation is considerably bigger than the previous. Think of Basketball. Back in the day a 7 footer was a big deal. Nowdays, it's average.
6+ ft, 300+ lb High School teens... that's just sick. What worries me is the long term effect of the food we are eating. It increases our size but we also pick up all sorts of medical issues along the way.
See, I originally grew up in Russia and was very skinny and considerably below average in size. Not to mention alergic to just about everything. It wasn't until I move to Arizona at the age of 11 that things started to turn around. I would never consider myself big, but it was nice not to be the small, skinny guy.

Yeah there are 8th Graders at my school that are almost 6'8 and weigh about 205. It's kinda crazy. Height isn't a really big factor. I have a friend who's 6 feet flat, except he's slimmer. He doesn't really play sports, he just plays guitar. Like me.

You have to go do something after eating alot of food. I dont usually go eat a huge meal then just sit around. i usually go for a walk after, that way it digests faster and i can eat more . See im not that big of a guy but i have some size to me. 79

I gotta chime in and say a 455 lb squat is ridiculous for your age. I'm 23 and squat 275 lbs. I'm trying to get to 300 before the end of the year. How long did it take you to work up to that?

You'd likely be comfortable doing between 185 to 225; You're probably a little stockier than I am, tt took me a while just to get to 225, but I'm about 165-175 lbs now.

I used to train with weights, but they are bad if you push yourself to hard you risk injuring your joints and stunting your growth plus your muscles get to grotesque using weights, its better to work out using your own body weight, you gain muscle mass just as fast without having to use weights and you become more flexible you stay healthier and you dont put so much pressure on your heart hence you live longer. I do about 200 incline pushups every weekend (With my job schedule I only get about one full day off) I do 100 jackknife's and I usually bike ride to my job since it is so close so I get my legs worked out that way, I'll be building a swimming pool in the back of my house soon so I can exercise my entire body instead of just portions of it at a time. Ofcourse before I do any exercises I do karate stretches and regular routine stretches.

I used to train with weights, but they are bad if you push yourself to hard you risk injuring your joints and stunting your growth The only way you're going to injure yourself is by lifting improperly. If you're of the pubescent age, there is nothing wrong with lifting some weights; it can stunt your growth if you overtrain, however, and your body cannot properly heal in that sort of situation. This is pseudo-science. The whole idea is to get your heart working and your blood pumping, unless you're 80 and have elevated blood pressure. The more blood that pumps, the more oxygen is carried to your muscles and the more resilient to fatigue they'll become. Also, there is no correlation between weights and flexibility. But saying you'll live longer? That's a far reach, a far, far reach. You make it sound like weights do more bad than good.

People have the tendency to overtrain with weights thats why they look like they are all about to f...cking explode after they push themselves to far weight training, and yes you stay alot more flexible off the weights then when you train with weights, hence why I mentioned that weight training you can get grotesque muscles, which hinder your ability to stretch in out of body functions.
Gravity already goes against us, ontop of that you stress out your muscles to lift some weights, yes when you are young you dont feel the difference but wait until you get older you WILL have wished you hadnt trained with weights and that you had found a simpler way of gaining muscle without so much strainage.

Your comments are dealing in absolutes though. Just like EVERYTHING else too much is not a good thing. But done in moderation there is nothing wrong with weight training. It all matters what else you do in addition to that. I'm flexible enough to perform martial arts kicks (and not even that slugishly) eventhough I lift weights and weigh over 200 lbs.
If all you do is lift... then yes, you'll get bulky. But weights can be used to tone and strength train. Don't want the bulk? Don't take in a lot of protein. That's how you get big, you take protein (aweful amounts of it).
I personally love weight training. And yes, I've overdone it at times and hurt myself before. Valuable lesson. I make it a point to do it carefully and with weights I can handle.
