MGS4 Predictions

i thought i saw this topic a while back... but i guess it's time to get started on everything again. i just watched the interview with Hideo Kojima and he talks briefly about the MGS3 subsistence and MGS4 and how he will incorporate a new camera view in subsistence and pending on how the fans feel about it, build upon it in 4.

there was, however, no mention of the storyline. ): kojima did go on to say though, that there were a lot of hints in the e3 trailer they showed.

there's a few scenes with solid snake and raiden fighting for the main character role, soldiers chasing after solid snake, and solid snake in a sam fisher outfit. whether or not these are hints or just comedy tactics, kojima did say that there were a lot of hints in the trailer on what we can expect from the upcoming game. of course, things that kojima says are generally obscure leaving the fans to guess what he's talking about, but that's the fun of it.

The characters (by my knowledge) that will reappear in MGS4 are Vamp, Meryl, Solid Snake, Raiden, Otacon, and Ocelot at this point.

anyways, getting back to topic, does anyone have any thoughts about MGS4?

I think it is his own. I never thought it to be Olga's until people started talking about it. I am glad to see Raiden back.

Who said it's Olga's baby and how do you know he's going to Russia?

If you look at the baby's character design, you can see it's definately not final. It was probably just made to say to us that there will be a baby involved.

So who's the baby? I doubt Raiden would take his own son/daughter into battle. Rose could babysit. But everyone says Olga's child would be too old.

So let's say Olga's child would be like three. Would you let a three year old run around by himself on a battlefield, or would you carry him?

So the child in Raiden's arms looks young, but as I said, I think it's an early sketch of the baby. No, not even an early sketch. Just a drawing of a baby to let us know there will be a baby involved.

By the way, Arsenal or Jackyl, doesn't the baby resemble a Snatcher? ;D

some old presumption crap from the old days, an article called 'MGS4: The Patriots', and Olga's child was probably born in 2008, add 4 years, 2012, then Olga's child would be 4 years of age, yeah a little big for the cradle i say, yep probably his own child.

However in the rumored article, he could be going to Russia to find Olga's child
