sorry to say but i think this might be the end for otacon i know everyone loves him but we gotta think in mgs his love sniper wolf dies then in mgs2 emma dies and he says something about why is he always the survivor i think hes gonna sacrifice himself for snake or meryl like taking a bullet in the heat of battle for snake then snake and otacon have a little moment and snake blows up on the guy who killed him.

Or a not so intresting idea is he walks around with emmas bird the whole game. fun

The end of Otacon? I thought about that to for a while. It would be very dramatic if he would give his life away to save Snake, Meryl or somebody els.

actually, i have a feeling this might be the end of the series. although i love the mgs series, there's only so many times solid snake can actually go sneaking around and doing stuff. i'm really hyped to see things finally come to an end, but this time i think there's going to be more like a ww3 setting hence the theme 'no place to hide' if the world is engulfed in conflict by metal gear rexes and rays.

We always saw Metal Gear Solid 3 as the last of the "Solid" series, because most series end on part 3. But do you know why it didn't end and Hideo Kojima came back directing Metal Gear Solid 4? I will tell you why. Actually Metal Gear Solid 3 could better be described as Metal Gear Solid 0 because it was a prequel, it was given the name Metal Gear Solid 3 only because it was a new title. Actually Metal Gear Solid 4 is the real part 3, but because the prequel already had taken the name Metal Gear Solid 3 they had to call it Metal Gear Solid 4.


For example:

(Prequel) = MGS3
(Part 1) = MGS1
(Part 2) = MGS2
(Part 3) = MGS4


So I think it will al end with MGS4.

I hope it all wraps up soon, but I don't want the game to be full on action, hiding from enemies whilst other soldiers fight would be a different story, you come out of a locker, only to have a dead body fly at you along with a shock wave from that stash of C4 the enemy planted.

I don't think Raiden is going on a mission with Snake. I think Raiden is going to retreive his own child after Rose is murdered or kidnapped. Snake is gonna take care of Olga's baby who is most likely meant to be the replacement for Ocelot. Ocelot's getting old, going so far as to use other people's limbs to keep him alive. Solidus should make a return in my opinion, his death wasn't very pleasing, and it was at Raiden's hands of all people, he couldn't have gotten the job done the first time out. Seems the only boss he's killed is Fatman. ...dork..Oh yeah, he killed solidus...(RAAAAIIIGGGHHT)

Yeah, impossible for someone who was considered the best soldier in his unit and nicknamed "Jack the Ripper" and "White Devil". There is no way he could of killed a polatician with increased aging.
